ABOUT THE ACCELERATOR
A unique 1.5-year program for regional NGOs is launched in April.
During it, participants will strengthen their basic organizational development skills, gain theoretical and practical knowledge in communication, business development, human and financial resource management and other areas, and will have a unique opportunity to collaborate with the country's largest NGOs and other business professionals.
The accelerator will operate in the sprint and marathon stages.
At the end of the sprint, 10 NGOs selected for the program will present the proposed innovative solutions to a panel of experts and compete for entry to the second stage, the accelerator marathon. The marathon will feature the top 5 NGOs that will continue their personalized training and gain entrepreneurial and organizational sustainability skills that strengthen their organization.

ABOUT CREATE LITHUANIA ALUMNI
Young Professional Programme Alumni Network (Create Lithuania Alumni Network) unites Lithuanian professionals that gathered international experience and knowledge across a number of fields including culture, business and science.
Main objectives and activities of the organization:

Act as a gathering point for Create Lithuania program

Implement projects that initiate change and bring beauty and progress across variety of fields in Lithuania

Enable members of Create Lithuania Alumni Network to share their knowledge and competencies with wider public
Members of the Network are strong Project Managers that implemented projects in public sector including those aimed at regional development and regional initiatives. Some of the projects:
Initiating establishment of creative regional hubs, producing concept for NGO database, initiating NGO Fund, sustainable regional economic development: streamlined regional development council’s work, assisted in fostering youth politics in regions, etc. Many of our members are also active members of different NGOs (e.g. Global Lithuanian Leaders, City Alumni, etc.) that participate in civil initiatives (e.g. Baltosios Pirštinės, United we stand for Ukraine, Padėkok per Kalėdas, etc.).
Since 2015 Association has been working with VU TSPMI and Lithuanian Journalists Center in developing citizenship and media literacy project AŠ MANAU that is aimed at teachers. AŠ MANAU delivers a newsletter with overview of country’s news that teachers are encouraged to discuss with their students.
TEAM
Julija Šredersaitė - Project Manager of NGO Accelerator, Member of the Create Lithuania Alumni, with more than 12 years of project management experience. Paying great attention to the importance of education in the field of culture, organized international conferences, seminars and trainings for music professionals in both Lithuania and Great Britain, as well as represented the country's music market at business fairs around the world. Constantly improving her knowledge in the areas of startup development, marketing and fundraising.
Eglė Dmukauskaitė - Project Manager's Assistant of NGO Accelerator. Deepens knowledge in the fields of project management, hackathons and event organization, interested in implementing innovations in organizations and creative industries. Eglė gained her Masters of Arts Management in 2019. Currently is working for NGO AfriKo.
Simona Burlėgaitė - NGO accelerator project's trainee. Simona graduated with a Bachelor's degree in psychology
studies. She volunteered in non-governmental organizations working in mental health, non-formal education and human rights such as Jaunimo Linija, Innovator Valley, Lietuvos Atgaja. Currently Simona deepens knowledge in the fields of project management, social business and innovation as well as integrated communication.
